NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a central redox coenzyme in cells, involved in the TCA cycle, glycolysis and sirtuin deacetylation reactions. It is a standard reagent in cell metabolism research.
We supply high-purity NAD+ as lyophilized powder, with each batch verified by HPLC and LC-MS and reports searchable online.
These are common research directions only and do not constitute medical advice or claims of efficacy.
As an electron carrier, NAD+ participates in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in cells. Its level changes with age and stress, making it a core readout in metabolism and aging research.
NAD+ is sensitive to temperature and pH. After reconstitution, keep it cold and protected from light, and minimise exposure to room temperature to limit hydrolysis to NMN and AMP.

Latest batch report: VP-2404-B
Unopened: Store at -20°C, protected from light and moisture, and avoid sharp temperature swings. It is stable short-term at ambient temperature in transit; move it to cold storage promptly on receipt.
Reconstitution: Use sterile water for injection or a buffer suited to your assay. Add the solvent slowly down the vial wall and swirl gently to dissolve; avoid vigorous vortexing, which creates bubbles and can denature the peptide.
Aliquoting: After reconstitution, aliquot single-use volumes before freezing and avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Solutions containing preservatives are not suitable for cell culture; choose the solvent according to your system.
The vial label carries a unique batch number (e.g. VP-2411-A). Enter it on the COA lookup page to retrieve the HPLC chromatogram and LC-MS result for that batch; the number must match exactly.
Only the fill volume differs; purity standards and testing are identical. For a first experiment we suggest the smaller size for method validation, then ordering the larger size as needed.
Yes. Note "signed report required" in the order comments and we will include a paper copy; the electronic version can also be downloaded from the COA page.
