Our release standard is HPLC purity ≥ 99% for standard products, and ≥ 98% for a few categories. The exact figure is whatever appears on that batch's COA. Testing uses a C18 reversed-phase column with UV detection at 220 nm, and purity is calculated from main-peak area percentage.
They are issued by an independent third-party analytical laboratory and carry the lab name, test date and signature. We only handle sample submission and collation; we do not take part in generating the data itself.
The vial label carries a unique batch number (formatted like VP-2411-A). Enter it on the COA lookup page to see the matching HPLC chromatogram and LC-MS result. The number must match exactly — prefix and letters included.
LC-MS confirms whether the measured mass matches the theoretical sequence, revealing missing, substituted or incorrectly modified residues. It complements HPLC purity: one answers "how much target compound is there", the other answers "is this the right compound".
Selected batches include endotoxin sampling results, published with the COA. If your work has a specific endotoxin limit, please ask before ordering and we will confirm the measured level for the current batch.
Orders paid before 15:00 EST on a weekday ship the same day. Orders after 15:00, or at weekends, roll to the next business day. Public holidays shift dispatch again and are announced on the homepage in advance.
Standard US delivery is free on orders over $150; below that a flat rate applies. For expedited delivery, note it in your order and we will quote separately.
Once dispatched, the tracking number is emailed to the order address, and a tracking link appears in the confirmation email. If tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will check.
Yes. For five or more vials of one batch, a specific purity, or an unusual fill volume, please contact us with your requirements, including your institution name and intended use, and we will provide a bulk quote and lead-time estimate.
We primarily ship within the United States. For cross-border orders, the purchaser must confirm import compliance in the destination country or region and discuss feasibility with us separately.
Yes. Add your institution name and the document type you need in the order notes; we will include electronic procurement documentation and test reports with the shipment.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with the order number and photos of the vial and outer carton. Once transport damage or a dispatch error is confirmed, we arrange a free replacement; if replacement is impossible, we refund in full and cover both shipping legs.
Unopened products in intact packaging with a verifiable batch number may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser, and refunds are processed after inspection.
Keep the sample and original packaging, and contact us with your retest results and method description. We will pull the retained sample for that batch and re-check; if a problem is confirmed, we refund in full or replace.
We can help confirm pack sizes, dissolution suggestions, storage conditions and COA interpretation. We do not advise on experimental design, dosing or clinical matters.
Store unopened at -20°C, protected from light and moisture, and avoid repeated temperature swings. The powder is stable short-term at ambient temperature during transit, but move it to cold storage promptly on receipt. Long storage at room temperature accelerates moisture uptake and degradation.
Sterile water for injection or a buffer suited to your assay is typical. Some peptides dissolve poorly, so try a small volume first and swirl gently. Solvent choice depends on your system; we can offer general guidance but not substitute for your own method validation.
It depends on the peptide, concentration, solvent and temperature. The usual practice is to aliquot single-use volumes after reconstitution, freeze at -20°C or lower and avoid repeated freeze-thaw. We suggest using within 2–4 weeks and inspecting for turbidity or precipitate before use.
Possible causes include unsuitable ionic strength, a pH far from the isoelectric point, aggregation from vigorous vortexing, or prolonged standing at room temperature. Try a buffer, lower the concentration, dissolve slowly and avoid hot sonication.
Not recommended. Each freeze-thaw cycle increases the risk of degradation and aggregation. Aliquot single-use volumes immediately after the first reconstitution, then thaw only one aliquot at a time.
