CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Mod GRF 1-29, is a fragment of natural GHRH(1-29) carrying four amino-acid substitutions that markedly improve its stability in vitro.
This is the version without the DAC maleimide group. Its shorter half-life suits experimental designs that require short observation windows.
These are common research directions only and do not constitute medical advice or claims of efficacy.
Native GHRH is rapidly degraded by dipeptidyl peptidase in vivo. Four site substitutions in Mod GRF 1-29 improve resistance to enzymatic cleavage, making it a common tool peptide for studying growth hormone secretion.
Compared with the long-acting DAC version, the No DAC form has a noticeably shorter half-life in solution, so dosing intervals and sampling points need to be planned accordingly.

Unopened: Store at -20°C, protected from light and moisture, and avoid sharp temperature swings. It is stable short-term at ambient temperature in transit; move it to cold storage promptly on receipt.
Reconstitution: Use sterile water for injection or a buffer suited to your assay. Add the solvent slowly down the vial wall and swirl gently to dissolve; avoid vigorous vortexing, which creates bubbles and can denature the peptide.
Aliquoting: After reconstitution, aliquot single-use volumes before freezing and avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Solutions containing preservatives are not suitable for cell culture; choose the solvent according to your system.
The vial label carries a unique batch number (e.g. VP-2411-A). Enter it on the COA lookup page to retrieve the HPLC chromatogram and LC-MS result for that batch; the number must match exactly.
Only the fill volume differs; purity standards and testing are identical. For a first experiment we suggest the smaller size for method validation, then ordering the larger size as needed.
Yes. Note "signed report required" in the order comments and we will include a paper copy; the electronic version can also be downloaded from the COA page.
